Marqii wins the search. Loyalist remembers who showed up.
Marqii keeps listings, hours, photos and menus accurate everywhere a stranger looks, and manages review responses at volume. Loyalist’s difference starts once that stranger sits down: it builds the record from the booking and the check, lands the review on the person, and shows whether they came back, not how they found you.
Marqii
A listings management platform.
- 01Hours, photos and menus are stale across Google, Yelp, Apple Maps and the rest, and keeping them right is a job nobody has time for.
- 02You want a menu change made in the POS to reach every directory, wrapped so search engines and AI assistants can actually read it.
- 03Review volume is past what your team can answer, and you want responses drafted or fully managed for you.
Loyalist
The AI platform that turns guest data into revenue.
- 01You want one profile per guest, built from all your guest data, and personalized campaigns that turn a first visit into a second. Marqii gets them in the door.
- 02You want reviews answered with the history in view, so a regular of six years does not get the same reply as a first-time walk-in.
- 03You want campaigns measured in visits and spend rather than impressions, and the host to know who is walking in tonight.
Marqii and Loyalist, axis by axis.
Both matter to a full room. The split is timing: being found before the visit, or being remembered after it.
| Axis | Marqii | Loyalist |
|---|---|---|
| Built around | Discoverability: listings, menus, reviews and local search across 70 or more sites. | A guest profile from POS, reservations, reviews and events, so the person who left the review stops being a stranger. |
| Where it works | Before the guest arrives, in search, maps and directories. | From the booking onward, and every visit after that. |
| Reviews | Monitoring and generation, with responses that are AI-drafted or fully managed for you. | Reviews land on the guest who wrote them wherever the details support it, beside their visits and spend. |
| Who it is for | Independent restaurants, multi-location brands, ghost kitchens and marketing agencies. | Full-service hospitality groups, from one room to fifty locations. |
Marqii is focused on listings. Loyalist drives revenue from your guest data.
There is almost no overlap to untangle here. Marqii keeps your hours, menus and listings accurate wherever a stranger finds you. Loyalist takes over the moment that stranger becomes a guest. Run together they cover both halves of the problem: the one that gets somebody through the door, and the one that brings them back.

What you get with Loyalist.
- Know the stranger once they sit down. Marqii wins the search and keeps the listing accurate. Loyalist builds the record of who actually walked in, from the booking, the check and the event.
- Land the review on the person. A review lands on the guest who wrote it, beside their spend and visit history, so a six-year regular does not get the same reply as a walk-in.
- Lift the rating, not just the listing. Forms go out on their own after a visit or an event, poor responses raise an instant alert, and happy guests are pointed to Google.
- Market on behavior, not impressions. Campaigns and automations run from spend and visits rather than impressions, and the host knows who is walking in tonight.
- See whether they came back. Loyalist reports whether the guest came back and what they spent. Listings tools report how they found you.

Why operators love Loyalist.
It has added value and efficiency to spaces we needed and introduced new approaches we hadn’t thought of.
Gabriel Stulman Happy Cooking Loyalist’s centralized VIP line and guest look-up feature have centralized our guest relations, and made it easier for our teams to find the relevant information about our diners.
Mattos Hospitality Loyalist has become indispensable to what we do.
Cedric Nicaise The Noortwyck Top restaurant groups use Loyalist daily:
When is Marqii the better choice?
When the listings are the problem. Hours, photos and menus wrong across Google, Yelp and Apple Maps is exactly Marqii’s job, and Loyalist has no product there at all.
When is Loyalist the better choice?
When the problem starts after someone walks in. The review lands on the person who wrote it, their spend sits beside it, happy guests get pointed to Google, and you can see whether any of it brought them back.
Do Loyalist and Marqii do the same thing?
Mostly not. Marqii is about being found and chosen. Loyalist is about what happens after that. The one place we meet is reviews, and even there the approach differs: they answer by location, we attach the review to the guest.
We use Marqii for review responses. Do we have to move?
No. If that is handled and your team is happy, keep it. Loyalist still reads reviews into the guest record, so the history is there when that guest books again. The one thing to avoid is two tools replying to the same review, so pick one place to answer from.
Does Loyalist manage listings, menus and local SEO?
Not the way Marqii does. Loyalist manages hours on connected listings and reads the Facebook Page back to confirm the change landed rather than assuming it. Menus, photos, schema markup, location pages and 70 or more directories are Marqii territory.
Do we need both Marqii and Loyalist?
A group with stale listings and no guest record has two problems rather than one. Marqii works on the half before anyone walks in. Loyalist works on the half after. Neither tool does the other one’s job.
Which one improves our star rating?
Loyalist has the more direct effect on the rating itself. Feedback forms go out on their own after a visit or an event, a poor response raises an instant alert so the manager can fix it before it becomes a public review, and guests who had a good time are pointed to Google to leave one. Replies are drafted for every platform and tracked so none sit unanswered. Marqii is the one making sure the listing that rating sits on is accurate everywhere.
Where do reviews live in Loyalist?
In one inbox with replies drafted, across Google, Yelp and TripAdvisor, landing on the guest profile wherever the details support the match.
